Statement of the Matter
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of "Carlsbad
Tract 73-12" for conformance with the State Subdivision Map Act and
applicable local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad.
The final map conforms substantially with the conditions of the tenta-
tive map approved by the City Council on October 1, 1974, by Resolution
No. 3520.
