As I under- stand it at this moment, the Tentative Map Resolution R3272 is in effect until1 November 20, 1974. Due to the timing problems with the additional piece of annexation and the finalization of improvement plans, it would seem that we are going to be cutting it very close in the matter of "Recording" our Final Map for Unit #l. I am hereby respectfully requesting an extension to our origi- nal Tentative Map Resolution with an additional condition from the Coxncil to cover our phase development program, As you are aware, the original- Resolution and Tentative Map had addressed itself to three Units of development. I would like to have an additional condition if possible which might allow for the'proposed Final Map "filing" in the following manner: Unit No. Proposed Final Map Filinq Date Unit 41 January, 1975 Unit #2 February, 19 76 Unit 43 February, 19 7 7 Naturally the above outlined proposed filing dates are our best projection at this moment of time and the only reason ..--, P i' - \),I I ', : -? @{T;'y c; <- a"! --- ''* L?"l!iLbliif\.Q Request for Tentative Map Resolution Extension daJtr>v OF-ICE Lr STATE bTRCCT rj33-3h LIAZSAChd5 4 >rL7- 1 S,-CALa 343-'u < -35 .&\\-.GE-Es s.i\ c'A\CI>C3 SaN c EGO oi' @I ABOT, CABOT & FORBES ," Mr. Tim Flanagan October 9, 1974 Page 2 that I have indicated an extension until January, 1975 on Unit #1 is simply to allow both ourselves and your Engineering Department a little "cushion" in the event we run into any delays on agreements, bonds, etc. I would also like to discuss with you the ramificatiops of timing for completion of each Subdivision Unit's Improvements. Please contact me on this matter at your earliest convenience and I hope that we might proceed with this extension within the next couple of Council meetings.
