Statement of the Matter
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad
Tract 73-49 Unit No. 1 for conformance with the State Subdivision
Map Act and applicable local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad.
The Final Map conforms substantially with the conditions of the tentative nap approved by City Council on November 20, 1973 by
Resolution :do. 3272.
Tentative nap time extension for one year was granted by the Council
on November 19, 1974.
