itatement of the Matter:
The applicant wishes to amend Precise Pla~ #20, City Council Reso. #1507,
to allow Real Estate Offices at. the· Country Store. The application to
the Planning Commission also contained a conditional use permit request
(CUP 98) to permit a retail nursery adjacent to the easterly parking lot
at the Country Store. The Planning Commission at it's November 12, 1974
meeting approved the CUP for the Retail Nursery and recomm~~ds the City
Council amend precise Plan #20, City Council Resolution 1507, to permit
Real Estate Sales Offices.
The applicant, Jay Hoffman, has filed a parcel map with the City as
required by CUP #98.
