Attn: City Council
Gentlemen:
We respectfully request that we be granted a
one year extension on the above referenced map.
We request that the one year extension begin on the
date the 1+ acre annexation to the City that was
added to the map at Tamarack became official. I
believe the map recordation was contingent on the
annexation. Unit number one has been recorded. Units
number two and three have been delayed in_ part due
to_a City instigated water layout redesign.
We appreciate your help in this matter.
Very truly yours,
