• Statement of the Matter
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad
Tract 73-23 for conformance with the State Subdivision Map Act and
applicable local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad.
The final map conforms substantially with the conditions of the
tentative map approved by City Council on September 3, 197^, by
Resolution No. 3503.
