Statement of the Matter: On April 1, 1975, the City Council considered a request'
submitted by S. L & B Service Corporation (John McCoy) to adjust the Elm Avenue
Alignment 42 ft. to the north between El Camino Real and the Elm Avenue, Appian
'Road intersection.
The City Council directed staff to prepare a report on an adjustment to the Elm
Avenue alignment. The report was to contain an alternative which provided for
an alignment relocated 42 ft. to the north. The staff has prepared a report on
the alternative alignments, as requested.
