Subject: Request for approval of Tentative Subdivision Map (CT 74-2b_J•
Applicant: Larwln-San Diego, Inc.
Statement of the Matter : The Planning Commission recommended denial, without
prejudice, a tentative subdivision map (CT 74-25) on 47 acres located on the east
side of El Camino Real between Elm Avenue and Marron Road, for reasons outlined in
Planning Commission Resolution No. 1149. The parcel is currently zoned Planned
Community (P-C) and has an adopted Master Plan (MP-123) and Specific Plan (SP-124).

Recommendation
The Planning Commission has not completed its reconsideration of the
Larwin Specific -Plan which establishes the alignment, of Elm Avenue.
It is anticipated that the Specific Plan and Tentative Map will be
forwarded for the July 15 Council meeting. The matter will be
readvertised for that meeting.
Council action
7-1-75 It was agreed that the Planning Commission be allowed to re-
consider the Specific Plan for Larwin-San Diego, Inc., not
limited to the Elm Avenue extension.
The public hearing on the tentative map for Carlsbad Tract 74-25
was continued to the July 15, 1975 Council meeting, and the staff
was instructed to readvertise the matter.
