Statement of the Matter
The matter was advertised for Public Hearing June 3, 1975
prior to Larwin Company and the City staff agreeing upon
a process which would address- the Elm Avenue question.
The Planning Commission is scheduled to hold public hearings
upon the requested tentative map on June 11, 1975. Therefore,
the City Council will not hear the matter until the Planning
Commission has acted.
Due to newspaper deadline this was advertised in advance of Council's
decision to hold the hearing on July 1.Exhibit J
Recommendation
Continue the public hearing until July 1, 1975.
Council Action
6-3-75 Per staff recommendation, it was moved that the matter be
continued to the regular meeting of July 1, 1975.
