Statement of the Matter
At its May 20, 1975 meeting, the City Council ordered that stop control be installed on Monroe Street at its intersection with Elm Avenue, thereby stopping northbound and southbound traffic on Monroe Street.
Attached is Resolution No .$u for Council consideration.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING 'STOP CONTROL ON MONROE STREET AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH ELM AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
hereby resolve as follows:
That stop control be installed on Monroe Street at its
intersection with Elm Avenue, thereby stopping northbound
and southbound traffic on Monroe Street.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council held the3rd - day of June , 1975., by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis,-Skotnicki and
