Statement of the Matter
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlsbad
Tract 73-52 for conforrnance with the State Subdivision Map Act and
applicable local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad. The final
map conforms ' substanti.a I I y with the conditions of the tentative
map approved by the City Council on February 5, 1974 by Resolution
No. 3316. A one year tentative map time extension was granted by
City Council on January 21, 1975.
