Statement of the Matter
The City Council at your meeting of June 3, 1975 directed the City
Attorney to prepare the necessary documents approving Tentative Map(CT74-6
time extension for one year to June 6, 1976. The resolution approving
the tentative map is attached.

your action is to adopt Resolution NO
Council Action:
6-17-75 Resolution #3665 was adopted, approving with conditions an
extension of tentative map for Carlsbad Tract 74-6.

RESOLUTION NO. 3665
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
WITH CONDITIONS AN EXTENSION OF TENTATIVE
MAP (CT 74-6) FOR A.10-LOT SINGLE-FAMILY
SUBDIVISION LOCATED ON PARK DRIVE BETWEEN
ADAMS STREET AND HILLSIDE DRIVE.
APPLICANT: KAMAR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the
6th day of June, 1974 adopted Resolution 3437 approving with condi-
tions Tentative Map (CT 74-6); and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a one-year extension
of such map from June 6, 1975 to June 6, 1976; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to extend such
map subject to additional conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
A. That the above recitations are true and correct.
B. That Tentative Map (CT 74-6) is hereby extended, sub-
ject to the execution and/or fulfillment of all the conditions of
Resolution 3437 and the following condition:
1. A five-foot bikeway shall be provided within the
parkway of the Park Drive improvements.
C. That said tentative map extension together with the
provisions for its design and improvement and subject to the above
conditions, is consistent with all applicable general and specific
plans of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AM) ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the >7th day of June , 1975,
by the following vote, to wit:
