Statement of the Matter
Engineering staff has completed checking the final map of Carlst
Tract 73-18, Unit No. 1 for conformance with the State Subdivisi
Map Act and applicable local ordinances of the City of Carlsbad
The final map conforms substantially with the coriditions of the tentative map approved by the City Council on July 2, 1974 by
Resolution No. 3449. The proposed development area has been
annexed to the Leucadia County !dater District.
