The owner has requc that the subject tentative map be extended for a period of one to July 2, 1976. The City Engineer advises that the Planning, Engineering, Fire any objections to the extension of the tentative map. Having 1 no objections, it is recommended that the City Council approve extension of the tentative map subject to the execution and/or fillment of all the conditions of Resolution No. 3449 and the lowing condition: "A five-foot bikeway shall be provided with parkway of the Olivenhain Road improvements."
