RE: RANCHO DEL PONDEROSA (CT 73-18)
Dear Tim:
I hereby request a time extension on Tentative Map (CT 73-18).
Aside from the usual money problems this past year, we have
had long delays due to processing our annexation to Leucadia
County Water District. Since it has just recently been approved
by LAFCO , we hope to record Unit No. 1 by luly 1st , 1975.
For that reason, our extension fees were calculated on the remai
.
360 lots.
$200 Base Fee
$125 0-25 Lots @ $5.00
$150 25-75 Lots @ $3.00
$285 75-360 Lots @ $1.00
$760 f 4 = $190 time extension fee
If you have any questions, please call.
Sincerely ,
,fi@,M / /&/m-
