Subject:Request for approval of a tentative subdivision map (ct 74-5) extension
Applicant: John E. McCoy, for S L & B Service Corporation .
Statement of the Matter: The applicant requested extension of the subject
tentative map at the June 3, 1975 City Council hearing. Because of a number of
questions which related to Elm Avenue, the matter was continued to July 1. The Elm
Avenue question has been resolved as a result of the Planning Commission hearings
conducted June 25, 1975.

Recommendation
The matter of the Larwin Specific Plan, which establishes the align-
ment of Elm Avenue, is still before the Planning Commission and
should be forwarded by the July 15 Council meeting. This matter
should be continued to that date.
