Mayor's Youth Committee. It is necessary to make
the appointments to this committee.

RESOLUTION NO. 3688
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE MAYOR'S
YOUTH COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 3683 _ established the
Mayor's Youth Committee; and
WHEREAS, said resolution prescribes the method of appointing
a chairman and members to said committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California as follows:
Section 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
Section 2. That the following person is hereby appointed to
serve as chairman of the Mayor's Youth Committee:
Chuck Grafft chairman
Section 3. That the remaining members will be appointed and
confirmed in the manner prescribed in Lesolution No. 3681
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held on the
1st day of July , 1975, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis, Skotnicki and
Councilwoman Casler
NOES: None
ABSENT: None

SUBJECT: MAYOR'S YOUTH COMMITTEE
An agenda bill officially establishing the subject
committee will be before the Council on July 1, 1975
as well as the agenda bill appointing the committee.
Attached is the list submitted from the schools and
clubs in the City with the names of those students
designated to serve on the committee with Council's
concurrence.
Additional names to bring the number to two members
from each school and youth club will be forthcoming
at a later date.
