Statement of the Matter
The terms of Betty Wollrich, James Kinghorn and Fred Lance
expire August 18, 1975. Appointments to fill these vacancies
would be for four year terms,-expiring August 18, 1979.

7-1-75 The matter was continued to the regular meeting of the City Counci.1 to be held July 15, 1975.
7-17-75 Betty Wollrich and James Kinghorn were reappointed to a four- year term, and Douglas Deason was appointed to a four year term, all terms to expire August , 1979.
Resolution #3690 was adopted, con'firming the appointments.

RESOLUTION N3. 3690
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING
THREE MEMBERS TO THE PARKS AND RECREATION
COMMISSION PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 1025.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1025 of the City of Carlsbad estab-
tished the Parks and Recreation Commission; and
WHEREAS, the terms of Betty Wollrich, James Kinghorn and
Fred Lance as members of the Parks and Recreation Commission
3xpire on August 18, 1975;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
:ity of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following persons are hereby appointed to
serve as members of the Parks and Recreation Commission:
Betty Wollrich for a term to expire August 18, 1979
James Kinghorn for a term to expire August 18, 1979
Doug1 as Deason for a term to expire August 18, 1979
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at / regular meeting of the
larlsbad City Council held on the 17th day of July , 1975,
