Statement of the Matter
Engineering staff has completed checking the final maps of
Carlsbad Tract 73-36, Units 2 & 3, for conformance with the
State Subdivision Map Act and applicable local ordinances
of the City of Carlsbad. The final maps conform substantially
with the conditions of the tentative map approved by City
Council on February 5, 1973. The applicant intends to record
the final map of Unit 3 immediately after recordation of Unit
2.
