ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
Statement of the Matter
The developer has requested acceptance of the secured public
improvements included with CT73-45. City staff has determined
that the public improvements are. acceptable, and a sufficient
cash bond is on deposit for those unfinished improvements related
to the remaining private improvements of CT73-45. As-built
drawings are on file in the Engineering Department, and final
accounting is complete.

. It is recommended that the City Council accept the improvements
as completed, direct the Utilities/Maintenance Director to com-
mence their maintenance, the Finance Director to.release deposits
in the amount of $4777.37. ar>d the City Clerk to release the
bonds.
