THIRD SUPPLEMENT TO INTERIM PARKS
AGREEMENT FOR LA COSTA -
Statement of the Matter
A
The Second Supplement to the Interim Parks Agreement between
the City of Carlsbad and La Costa dated February 4, 1975 was
extended for a period of, six-months by Resolution No. 3592. La Costa has now prepared and submitted to the City, a draft of a revised and amended Master Development Plan as required
by Ordinance No. 9322 and a draft of a definitive parks agreement as contemplated by the interim parks agreement.
Review and adoption may take several months, therefore, La
Costa has requested that an extension be granted.
