Acceptance of Future Street Reservations
Statement of the Matter
Portions of lots 497 and 501 des ignated ""port ions of lots 497 and 501
reserved for future street, La Costa South, Unit No. 7, map no.
6612, recorded March 31, 1970, wa.s offered for dedication but was
rejected and never accepted by "the City.
Acceptance of this reserved future street is now in order (see Exhibit
"A").. This will complete the street design requirement for Carlsbad
Tract 73-2 (Santa Fe Glens).

Recommendat ion
It is recommended that the City Council adopt a motion approving
Resolution No. £7/7 regarding acceptance of the portions of Lots
497 and 501 reserved for future street of Carlsbad Tract 73-2
(Santa Fe Glens).
Council action
8-5-75 Resolution #3717 was adopted, accepting for public street
purposes certain previously rejected easements required by
Carlsbad Tract 73-2 (Santa Fe Glens).

ing to Map thereof No. 6612, recorded March 31, 1970, which was

previously rejected by the Board of Supervisors of the County of

San Diego for public street purposes, is now hereby accepted for

public street purposes.
2. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad shall cause a
certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County and to cause a copy thereof
to be forwarded to the County Assessor of the County of San Diego,
State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED AMD ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held the 5th
