Statement of the Matter .'
At its August 5, 1975 meeting, the Traffic Safety Comnission recomnended that, to insure safe sight distance on the curve
a NO PARKING ZONE be established on the'east side of Jefferson south of the intersection of Jefferson Street and Laguna Drive,
Street from Laguna Drive southerly to the end of the curve (250 feet south of Laguna Drive). A new apartment .complex, bei
constructed along the above section of Jefferson Street, will definitely increase the on-street parking. Therefore, the NO PARKING ZONE should be installed before the apartments are cmp
