Ford Dump Truck
Statement of the Matter
New 1975 Ford two and one-half ton dump truck has been purchased.
For maximum usage hood cover should be purchased. Installing hood
cover will enable crews to use brush chipper with dump truck.
Without cover, chipper cannot be -used.
Manufactured accordina to drawing and installed when dump bed is
mounted,
The purchase of this hood cover can be accomplished by a budget
transfer from account 5-114-6.7 to 5-114-9.1 of the'Parks and
Recreation Budget.

5 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Citv of Carlsbad

7 1. That the expenditure of seven hundred and fortv dollars
8 from the 5-114-9.1 account for one hood cover is hereby authorized
9 and approved.

11 in a form on file in said department and incorporated by reference
12 herein is approved.
