CONTRACT #1024 - BEACH ACCESS STAIRWAY, ELM AVE. AT OCEAN STREET
Statement of the Matter
L.R. Hubbard, Jr., contractor for subject project, has satisfactorily
completed all work on Contract #1024. The final contract price is
in the amount of $11,742.00. There were no change orders on this
project.
10% of the final contract price will be retained until 35 days after
the notice of completion is recorded.
The Parks and Recreation Director has reviewed the project and concurs
with the recommendation to accept•the work.
