BOX 1519 ,_ CALIFORNIA 92008 - 1975 Mr. Tim City Engineer, City of Carlsbad c/o City Hall 1200 Elm Street Carlsbad, California 92008 RE: OUR TENTATIVE MAP - CT NO. 74-7,/CHASE 368-369, LTD. Dear Mr. Flanagan: It is my understanding that on September 17, 1975, the tentative map approval for the above will expire unless I receive an extension. Applying for that extension is the purpose of this letter. Due to the national economy and the depressed state of La Costa, we are forced to postpone any building plans until there is a rally in the economy here. Since I am not recording a subdivision map, I realize that I am subject to the new requirements of the new subdivision map act. Please call me at 753-0128 if you have any questions pertaining to the extension. Sincerely, B. ,F. CHASE, PRESIDENT CHASE FINANCIAL INC.
