At ty .‘%b ,’-/ - 9 (1 I 2) CARRILLO ESTATES Statement of the Matter -- On November 6, 1974, the City Council by Resolution No. 3538 app the tentative map of Carlsbad Tract 73-29. The owner has reques that the subject tentative map be extended for a period of one y The City Engineer advises that the Planning, Engineering, Fire a Building Departments have been contacted to determine if they ha any objections to the extension of the tentative map. Having re ceived no objections, it is recommended that the City Council approve the extension of the tentative map subject to the execut and/or fulfillment of all the conditions of Resolution No. 3538. to November 6, 1976.
