Gentlemen:
On November 6, 197^, the City Council approved
Resolution No. 35^-0 approving the conditions for the
above referenced project. This project would be under
construction if it were not for rulings by the Coastal
Commission and Attorney General on other projects that
could affect this project. We are waiting for legal
opinions on these rulings.
Consequently, we request a one year extension
of the approval of the map.
Very truly yours,
