CONTRACT NO. 1026 - INSTALLATION OF A 10" DIAMETER WATER LINE IN
SKYLINE DRIVE BETWEEN BIRCH AND ALDER
Statement of the Matter
Carlsbad Pipelines, Inc., contractor for subject project, has
satisfactorily completed all work on Contract #1026. The final
contract price is in the amount of $17,961.00. There were no
change orders on this project.
10% of the final contract price will be retained until 35 days
after the Notice of Completion is recorded.

Recommendation
That City Council adopt a motion:
1. accepting the work on behalf of the City, and
2. instructing the City Clerk to record the Notice of Completion
and release all bonds 35 days after recordation.
