Statement of the Matter
The City Council on October 7, 1975 adopted Resolution No. 3753, a
resolution of intention for vacating a portion of Osuna Drive,
generally located northeasterly of the intersection of El Camino
Real and Marron Road.
The City Council set November 4, 1975 at 7:OO p.m. as the time and the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, as the place for a public hearing for all persons interested in or objecting'to said proposed vacation.
Utility companies were notified and easement reservations are not required. were completed per the Street Vacation Act of 1941.

RESOLUTION NO. 3777
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA VACATING A
PORTION OF OSUNA DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That all publication and posting of notices regarding
the proposed vacation of a portion of Osuna Drive pursuant to
Resolution of Intention No. 3753 have been given as required by lai
2. That the City Council did hear the evidence offered by
all persons interested in said proposed street vacation, and does
find from all the evidence submitted that a portion of Osuna Drive
generally located northeasterly of the intersection of El Camino
Real and Marron Road in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,
State of California, particularly described on Exhibit A, attached
hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein, is unnecessary
for present or prospective street purposes and does hereby make
this order vacating said portion of Osuna Drive.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held the 4th day of
November , 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis, Skotnicki and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None

All that portion of Lot 4 in Section 32, Township 11 South, Range 4
West, San Bernardino Meridian, according to United States Government
Survey approved December 27, 1870, granted to the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, for street opening purposes known as Osuna Drive per deeds recorded March 25, 1968, file/page no. 49109 and April 5, 1968, file/page no. 57262, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the northwesterly boundary
line of Rancho Agua Hedionda, Map 823, with the easterly line of County
Road Survey No. 925, also known as El Camino Rezl; thence North 32026f0211
East along said northwesterly boundary a distance of.173.64 feet; thence
North 4O49'39" West a distance of 1293.83 feet to an angle point in
the easterly boundary of the land described. in deed to 0tj.s E, Vander-
burg, et ux, recorded July 5, 1960 as Document No. 135043 of Official ,Records; thence along the northeasterly line of szid Vandexburg land
North 61°20'04" West a distance of 388.03 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING of the property to be described; thence South bGGi5r5611 West 248.85 feet to the beginning of a tangent 20.00 foot radius curve concave
southeasterly: thence southwesterly along the arc of said curve through
a central angle of SOoOO'OO" a distance of 31.42 feet to a point on the easterly right of way line of County Road Survey 1800-65, being the easterly line of El Camino Real, 126,OO feet in width; thence North 3°44f04" West along said easterly line of El Camino Real a distance of
100.00 feet to a point of cusp with a tangent 20.00 foot radius curve concave northeasterly, a radial line to said point bears South 86°3.5'56" West; thence southeasterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 90000'00" a distance of 31.42 feet; thence North 86°15r561t East
