Statement of the Matter
At its October 7, 1975 meeting the Traffic Safety Commission
centerline of Elmwood Street westerly for a distance of 380 feet recommended that only the south side of Laguna Drive from the
(just east of the Police Department parking lot exit) be established as a no parkir: zone. No other no parking zones on Laguna Drive were recommended by the Commission.

RESOLUT ION NO. 3776
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD DES IGNAT ING A PARKING RESTRICT ION ON LAGUNA DRIVE WEST OF ELMWOOO STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
That a no pa.rking zone be established on the south side of
Laguna Drive from the centerline of Elmwood Street westerly for a
distance of 380 feet.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Counci 1 of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 4th day of November
1975, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen rrazee, Chase, Lewis, Skotnicki and
NOES : None Councilwonan Casler
ABSENT: None
