WHEREAS, Parks and Recreation Commissioner EDWARD V. XONEYPENN
has resigned;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct;
2. That the following person is hereby appointed. to serve
as a member of the City of Carlsbad Parks and Recreation
