ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

Statement of the Matter
The developer, SLS-B Corporation, has requested acceptance of the
public improvements of subject subdivision. A final inspection
was conducted and the improvements are found to be acceptable
for maintenance. As-built drawings are on file in the Engineer-
ing Department, and final accounting is complete.

Recommendat ion
It is recommended that the City Council accept the improvements
as completed, direct the Utilities/Maintenance Director to com-
mence their maintenance, the Finance Director to release deposits
in the amount of $768.89 and the City Clerk to release the bonds.
Council Action
12-2-75 A motion was made that the City Council accept the public im-.
provements as completed and the Utilities/Maintenance Director
was directed to commence their maintenance. Further, the Fin-
ance Director was directed to release deposits in the amount
of $768.89 and the City Clerk was instructed to release the
bonds.
