Statement of the Matter --
The City Council appointed architectural selection committee has
met and reviewed candidates for architectural work on the
restoration of the Magee house. Proposals were requested-
from 22 candidates with a response from 13 firms. The top
three candidates, as determined by the selection committee, were given personal interviews by the committee.

Recommendation
That Mr. Edward S. Ebright of Environmental Design, Planning & Graphics be selected to prepare plans and specifications for restoration of the Magee House and the City Attorney be authorized to prepare any necessary agreements.

12-18-75 The Council accepted staff's recommendation and Edward S. Ebright was selected to prepare plans and specifications for restoration of the Magee House, and the City Attorney was authorized to prepare any necessary agreements.
