Statement of the Matter
On January 20, 1976 the City Council, in reconsidering the tentative
map condition requiring the extension of Tamarack Avenue to Skyline
Drive, reviewed graphics of alternative Tamarack Avenue street sec-
tions. Staff was then directed to prepare graphics showing Tamarack
Avenue with a 48 foot curb-to-curb dimension, a 5 foot sidewalk on
each side, and 1%:1 slopes as absolutely required. These are pre-
sented as Exhibit A to Resolution No.

Recommendation
If Council decides that the tentative map condition requiring the
extension of Tamarack Avenue to Skyline Drive should be amended,
Resolution No.jtf^Tb should be adopted.
Council action
2-17-76 At the request of the property owners this matter was continued
to the next regular meeting.
3-9-76 It was agreed by the Council and the Applicant that this matter be continued
to April 20th.
4-27-76 The matter was continued in order for staff and property owners
could further discuss the extension of Tamarack Ave.
