Statement of the Matter - - The Work Program for the Agua Hedionda Specific Plan establlished February 16th as a date on which a Stati Report would be given to the City Council. The Status Report woul
cover the findings and conclusions established at the termination

The Agua Hedionda Specific Plan work program set February 16 as t
date on which the staff would present a status report on the find
and conclusions reached during the first phase. The report was t

The respective staff’s are commencing work on Phase I1 of the Work
Program. Phase I1 of the Work Program is information collection
preparation of the preliminary EIR and the sugglested plan and pla
alternatives. The staff will submit another Status Report to the

The City Staff, Coastal Staff and Property Owners representative
give a short oral presentation to further explain the findings ar
