Statement of the Matter
The City Council adopted resolution number 3777 vacating a portic
of Osuna Drive on November 4, 1975. This Dortion of Osuna Drive
had previously been dedicated at no cost to the City, for street purposes. The street vacation has now been accomnlished and it now appropriate that fee title be quitclaimed to adjacent land
owners for the processing and recording of a parcel map for the Carlsbad Shopping Center, P.S. 230.

OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
INVOLVING FEE TITLE JN A PORTION OF OSUNA DRIVE.
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE QUITCLAIM DEEDS

City of Carlsbad acquired fee title ownership to a portion o

All that portion of Lot 4 in Section 32, Township 11 South, Range 4 San Bernardino Meridian, according to United States Government Surve
approved December 27, 1870, granted to the City of Carlsbad, County
San Diego, State of California, for street opening purposes known as
Drive per deeds recorded March 25, 1968, file/page no. 49109 and Apr
1968, file/page no. 57262, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the northwesterly boundary
of Rancho Aqua Hedionda, Map 823, with the easterly line of County F
Survey No. 925, also known as El Camino Real: thence north 32°26'02"
along said northwesterly boundary a distance of 173.64 feet: thence
4O49'39" west a distance of 1293.83 feet to an angle point in the ez
boundary of the land described in deed to Otis E. Vanderburg, et ux,
corded July 5, 1960 as Document No. 135043 of Official Records: ther
