This Dortion of Osuna Drive had previously been dedicated at no cost to the City, for street purposes. The street vacation has now been accomnlished and it now appropriate that fee title be quitclaimed to adjacent land owners for the processing and recording of a parcel map for the Carlsbad Shopping Center, P.S. 230.
