Applicant has filed a parcel map as required.by Title 20 of the Municipal Code to create four parcels. Street access to parcels
3 and 4 require the acceptance of a prevously rejected 1' barrier lot.
The Subdivision Ordinance requires each parcel created to have a separate sewer and water service. Sewer service is only available on Adams Street. Therefore, lots without frontage on Adams Street require these services through an easement.
Council approval is required to sewer through a private easement.

CARLSBAD, CALIFORWIA, 'ACCEPTING FOR PUBLIC STREET
PURPOSES A CERTAIN PREVIOUSLY REJECTED LOT.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad.does hereby re-
,olve as follows:
