NATER LINE EASEMENT QUITCLAIPI - PORTION OF TRI~CT 62 OF HOTALING LANDS IN THE CITY OF OCEANSIDE
Statement of the Matter
The City via the Oceanside Mutual Water Company has an undefined
water pipeline easement over and across a portion of Tract 62 o.f Hotaling Lands in the City of Oceanside. See Exhibit 2.

This easement over a portion of Tract 62, as shown on Exhibit 2, is not in use and there is no future need for the easement. The buyers of the underlying property have requested that the easement be quitclaimed. The request is reasonable.

Recommendation
Approve a motion authorizing the Playor to execute a quitclaim deed for an undefined water pipeline easement over a portion of
Tract 62, Hotaling Lands, Map 1717, in the City of Oceanside.
