Subject: YIELD CONTROL ON LAS FLORES DRIVE TURN-OFF TO HIGHLAND DRIVE.
Statement of the Matter
At its April 6, 1976 meeting, the Traffic Safety Commission recom- mended that, due to the recent traffic volumes at the intersection of Las Flores Drive and Highland Drive, the STOP sign facing east- bound traffic on Las Flores Drive turning north to Highland Drive be changed to a YIELD sign.’

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA DESIGNATING YIELD CONTROL
ON PORTION OF LAS FLORES DRIVE AT ITS INTERSEC-
TION WITH HIGHLAND DRIVE.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
.. as follows:
That yield conkrol be established on the northeast portion
of Las Flores Drive at.its intersection with Highland Drive, there-
by requiring northeast bound traffic on Las Flores Drive to yield
to northbound traffic on Highland Drive.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 4th day of May , 1976, by
the following vote, to wit:
