A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD PLANNING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Commissioner E.W. Dominguez's term has expired on
the Planning Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve
as a member of the Planning Commission in the position vacated:
