Dear Ron:
We respectively request a one (1) year extension for the tentative
map on Carlsbad Tract 74-6. Our reasons for this extension are as
follows:
1) We suffered a long delay in obtaining a permit from the
California Coastal Zone Conservation Committee• however
this permit is now in our possession.
2) We were reluctant to draw Improvement Plans prior to
the securing of the above permit due to the uncertain
nature of development within the Coastal Zone.
We have, however, now completed the Improvement Plans and they are
in your office for the first check. We should therefore be record-
ing the map sometime during the summer but as a precaution that we
would not be able to record the map prior to June 6, 1976, we are
requesting the extension. We are enclosing a check in the amount
of $62.50 to cover the cost for the extension.
If there is some reason that your department would not recommend
for such an extension, please let me know as soon as possible so
Mr. Ron Beckman
CITY OF CARLSBAD

that I may take steps to record the map prior to June.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
Sincerely yours,
KAMAR CONSTRUCTION CO.
