Subject: NO PARKING ZONE - PIO PICO DRIVE SOUTH OF ELM AVENUE.
Statement of the Matter
At its May 4, 1976 meeting the Traffic Safety Commission recommended
that a NO PARKING ZONE (red curb) be established on the west side of
Pi0 Pic0 Drive, from Elm Avenue southerly to the first driveway (48
feet) and from that driveway to the second driveway (48 feet), in
order to provide enough room for vehicles turning south from Elm
Avenue and to provide adequate sight distance.

Recommendation
Adopt Resolution No. 3?// establishing a NO PARKING ZONE on the west
side of Pi0 Pic0 Drive from Elm Avenue southerly to the first drive-
way, and from that driveway southerly to the second driveway.
Council action
6-1-76 Resolution #3911 was adopted, designating a parking restriction
on Pi0 Pic0 Drive south of Elm Avenue.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
That a NO PARKING ZONE be established on the westside of Pi0
Pic0 Drive from a point 28 feet south of the south curb line of Elm
Avenue southerly for a distance of 136 feet.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held thelst day of June I
1976, by the following vote, to wit:
