Statenent of the Matter
Bids for Contract No. 1035 were opened at 1O:OO a.m. on June 2, 1976,
in the Office of the City Clerk. Four bid proposals were submitted; see Exhibit 2, bid summary, for results.
The low bid for the contract was submitted by Dyno Construction of Baldwin Park, in the amount of $8,913.00. The engineer's estimate for this project was $8,974.35. Budgeted funds in the amount of $10,006. are available for this project in account no. 1-145-3910.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. 1035
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF WHEELCHAIR RAMPS AT'VARIOUS
LOCATIONS.
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad
:or construction of wheelchair ramps at various locations, Contract
lo. 1035; and,
WHEREAS, the low bid received for this construction was
iubmitted by Dyno Construction in the amount of $8,913.00; and,
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $10,000.00 were budgeted
.n FY 75-76 for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
5ty of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $8,913.00 by Dyno Construction of Baldwin
'ark for Contract No. 1035, for construction of wheelchair ramps at .arious locations is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk .re hereby authorized to execute a contract therefor.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
