CHURCH. ADAMS AND PI0 PICO.
Statement of the Matter
Lateral charges were computed and paid for a sewer connection on
Adams Street for the new St. Patricks Church. The amount paid was
$713.50. It was subsequently determined that an Adams Street con- nection was not feasible, so the lateral was installed on Pi0 Pic0
Drive at the Citys normal charges for a lateral of $214.50. A re- imbursement of $499.00 is in order due to the overpayment of sewer
lateral fees.

Recommendation
It is recommended that the City Council by minute motion, approve a
refund of $499.00 to the St. Patricks Church for overpayment of
sewer lateral fees.

SUBJECT: MASTER SEWER STUDY - PHASE I ENGINEERING
Attached is a copy of the final draft of the engineering portion of the subject study for your review.
Please excuse the incompleteness of some of the tables, charts, and figures of the report. Also, the report refers to specific proposed trunk sewer lines by number.
I have placed the only copy of the sewer map on the wall in my office for your reference in your review.
I would appreciate your comments (detailed, I hope) by
August 9, 1976.
It is anticipated that the report will be finalized and
printed in early September.
