Subject: STOP CONTROL ON LARKSPUR LANE AT ADAMS STREET.
Statement of the Matter
At its June 8, 1976 meeting, the Traffic Safety Commission recom-
mended that, because of the steep grade on Larkspur Lane and the
projected increase in traffic on Adams Street resulting from the
opening of St. Patricks Church, a STOP sign be installed on Larkspur Lane at Adams Street.

Recokendation
That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 3s establishing stop
control on Larkspur Lane at Adams Street.

7-6-76 Resolution #3945 was adopted, establishing stop control on Larkspur Lane at Adams Street.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF.THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA DESIGNATING STOP CONTROL
ON LARKSPUR LANE AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH ADWS
STREET.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
That stop control be established on Larkspur Lane at its
intersection with Adams Street, thereby requiring westbound traffic
on Larkspur Lane to stop for all traffic on Adams Street.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad held the 6th day of July
1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
