RESOLUTION NO. 3956
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING
THE SALARY PLAN FOR CERTAIN EXECUTIVE
AND ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE
1976-1977 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS, the City Council, upon recommendation of the City
Manager, has determined to make adjustments in salary for certain
executive and administrative personnel;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct;
2. That Executive Salary Schedule, Fiscal Year 1976-1977,
set forth in Exhibit A and Exhibit B, attached hereto and made a
part hereof, are adopted as the salary plan of the City of Carlsbad
for all employees covered by said schedules for Fiscal Year 1976-
1977;
3. That the schedules adopted by this resolution shall be
,effective beginning July 11 1976, and shall supercede any previouC1
adopted salary plan inconsistent therewith;
4. That the City Manager shall have authority to determine
the point on the range of the Executive Salary Schedule at which
it is appropriate to compensate each individual employee covered
by said schedule.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 20th day of July , 1976,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
Councilwoman Casler
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
