the City of Carlsbad Housing Commission. The vacancy
requires action to appoint a successor.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING
P, MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAU HOUSING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Commissioner Jerry Rombotis has resigned from

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve
