NO PARKING ON EL CAMINO REAL NORTH OF RANCHO CARLSBAD DRIVE
Statement of the Matter
At its July 6, 1976 meeting, the Traffic Safety Commission
recommended that a no parking zone be established on the east
side of El Camino Real from Rancho Carlsbad Drive northerly for
a distance of 100 feet to insure safe sight distance for motorists
exiting from Rancho Carlsbad.

RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Resolution No. 4q77 restricting parking on the
east side of El Camino Real just north of Rancho Carlsbad
Drive.
Council action
8-3-76 Resolution #3979 was adopted, designating a parking restriction on El Carnino Real north of Rancho Carlsbad Drive.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 0 THE CITY OF CARLSBAD DESIGNATING A PARKIPJG RESTRICTION ON EL CAMINO REAL NORTH OF RANCHO CARLSBAD DRIVE
Be it resolved by the.City Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follows:
That a NO PARKING zone be established on the east
side of El-Camino Real from Rancho Carlsbad Drive northerly
'for a distance of 100 feet.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad on the 3rd day of August 1976,
by the following vote, to.wTt:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler.
ABSENT: None
