Statement of the Matter The City Council at your meeting of August 3, 1976, directed the City Attorney to prepare the necessary documents approv- ing Tentative Map (CT 76-6). The resolultion approving the Tentative Map is attached. Exhibit Resolution No. 37f7 . WITH CONDITIONS TENTATIVE MP,P (CT 76-61 5. AND ADAfqS STREET. APPLICANT: JOHN MC COY WHEREAS, on July i4, 1976, the Carlsbad City Planning Comn-tission adopted Resolution No. 1264 recommending to the C Council that Tentative Map (CT 76-6) be conditionally approv and WHEREAS, the City .Council of the City of Carlsbad, on .August 3, 1976, considered the recommendation of the Plannir Commission; and WHEREAS, said Tentative Map has been declared to have I nonsignificant impact on the environment and a Negative Dec: ation has been prepared and filed in compliance wLth the rec ments of the City of Carlsbad Environmental Protection Ordii of 1972; I- NOW, THEREFORE, BE-IT RESOLVED by the City Council of City of Carlsbad as follows: 4 A. B. That said Tentative Map, together with the provis for its design and improvement and subject to the condition this resolution, is consistent with all applicable general specific plans of the City of Carlsbad. That the above recitations are true and correct. C. Resolution No. 1264, constitute the findings of the City Co in this matter. That the findings of the Planning Commission, in . The approval is granted for the land described in application and any attachments thereto, and as sh 5. on the plot plan submitted labeled Exhibit "B", da July 8, 1976. The Final Map shall be submitted wi eighteen (18) months from the date of final actior the City Council on the Tentative Subdivision Map. Final Map shall be in substantial conformance witl- Tentative Subdivision Map, Exhibit "B" . 2. Park-in-lieu fees shall be granted to the City of Carlsbad prior to City Council approval of the Fir Map. In order to provide for reasonable fire protectior during the construction period, the subdivider shz maintain passable vehicular access to all buildins and adequate fire hydrants with required fire flov shall be installed as recommended by the Fire Depz 4. All land and/or easements required shall be grantc the City of Carlsbad without cost to the City, anc of all liens and encumbrances. Mo easements shal: recorded prior to recordatken-of the Final Map un: approved by the City Engineer. 3. - 5. Ornamental street lighting shall be provided for i required by Municipal Ordinance.. The developer sf deposit cash in the amount necessary to energize : street lights for an eighteen month period after ( struction,to permit the incorporation of the subd: vision into a maintenance district. 6. The improvement and grading plans shall include a report of a geological investigation and a comple- grading plan of the entire site, when required by City Engineer. They shall certify that they have investigated the site and prepared data with full consideration of the consequences to the included neighboring properties and in conformance with thc Geologic and Seismic Safety Element of the Gener Plan. ._ - 7.
