Statement of the Matter --
Sully-Miller Contracting Co., contractor for subject project, has
satisfactorily completed all work on Contract No. 1031. The
original contract price was in the amount of $92,256.76, and Change
Order No. 1 in the amount of $12,474.32 was authorized by City
Council action on July 6, 1976 (Agenda Bill No. 3638 - Supplement
No. 2).
The final contract cost is in the amount of $104,731.08, Ten
percent of the final contract price will be retained until 35 days
after the Notice of Comr>letion is recorded. Eudgeted funds in the
amount of $106,297.76 are available for this project in Account
NO. 1-128-2410.
